Grapevine crown gall...

Anyone have any good remedies/solutions for grapevine crown gall?

I've used Gallex in the past and that worked great, but it is no longer on the market. I don't plan on doing this, but I have heard from some older grape growers that brushing diesel fuel on the gall is what they used to do back in the day....

Best thing for crown gall is ripping out and replanting

lol I have looked! Milk for powdery and some other old school tricks for other diseases, but did not come across much for crown gall. I have tried burning off small galls with a butane torch, which seems to work for smaller galls on older vines.
