Discussion / Question ¿games involving intricate 3d mazes / complicated directional orientating?

What videogames present 3-dimensional landscapes that involve substantive complexity and density, and perhaps literal twists and turns such as in a catacomb or many-story large explorable building, requiring player to pay attention to the maps availed and possible/confirmed routes? It could involve rather open terrain as well if implemented accordingly; such as topology and geometry abstract (away from standard euclidean), and generative terrain that might't be ever-permanent beyond some distance away, in addition to placing ample structures (permanent and transient) and contours unto the terrain.

It has platforming sections representing environments turned fractal. You have some jumps that you begin under standard gravity, glide to a wall you then shift to become a floor, then double jump again to swap onto a 3rd plane.

Now imagine doing this in an infinite corridor of repeating rooms blossoming like a flower.
