Ace combat is a wartime flight simulator right? Obviously you replace the plane with a dragon. Gith vs Mindflayer aerial combat

Best way I can describe ace combat in general is Gundam but replace the robots with fighter jets

Using a dragon like a jet fighter? That's literally just Panzer Dragoon. Check it out, if you never played it. A classic Sega game.

Eh, it’s basically just the game from the XO pov. She tells the pilots what to do and you roll to see if successful or not.
