Seeking Local Jazz Band

Hi there!

I work in property Management - we are seeking a local jazz band or artist for live music to be played at our next resident event this November!

We have a smaller property and event budget so any one willing to recommend or connect about pricing and budgeting would be great - the event would be like a social happy hour with Residents mingling and you playing - it would also be a great chance to co-mingle or promote services if you do provide private event or venue gigs.

Any and all suggestions welcomed!

The Duke OLLI program has an amazing jazz orchestra! I was a program director and love hosting them. They do schedules well in advance so contact ASAP

Wow, didn’t know this existed! Added to my “stuff to do in retirement “ list. I didn’t see anything on a jazz orchestra though?

I promise it exists! Unfortunately I left that job and don’t have contact info. I’d start by calling the main OLLI number and asking. PLEASE let me know what happens

Maybe reach out to to Shaw University. I remember seeing they had a jazz ensemble a few years back that was fantastic.
