Facebook DMs My Girlfriend doesn't trust my ex talking to me

Post image

My Gf says she doesn't trust my Ex I was with for 5 years.

An altercation happened when I asked for an old water bill from our old house we bought. To quote Ronnie radke "Oh the webs we weave"

You say sh1t like "Did you seriously have to call me with her next to me??? Lol be more subtle" and expect anyone to trust you?

I don't even think you had any ill intent in this exchange, but homie you need to learn that words have both meanings and implications, and you're implicating all sorts of bad shit right there that OBVIOUSLY is not there.

Don't be f*ing dense.

Yeah… everyone there is a red flag in my book, him, his ex, and his gf.

boundrys lmao.

your new gf absolutely should know when your ex is calling you.

Your texting makes it seem like you’re cheating. Also if you’re letting your ex talk about your current partner like that then she 100% has every reason to not trust you. Also complaining about your current partner to your ex makes you even less trust worthy.

Bruh you say shit like "be more subtle" what do you expect? That's already a red flag like you're trying to play both fronts lol And wtf does her health care agency have anything to do with this? Like I know why she said it, but that sounded cringe as f. She does indeed need you if she's putting all this energy into all of this otherwise she would've moved on like a big girl and let the success of her business speak for itself.

And why would she trust you when you're telling your ex to be more subtle? Why are you tolerating your ex messaging you that your gf is insecure and continuing to talk to her?

•

Your ex calls you randomly, curses out your girlfriend, calls her insecure.. and your response is to tell her to be more sneaky next time. Grow the fuck up.

yeah but what about boundrys

•

Yeah, I’m not terribly stoked with how you handled that yourself.

You should leave your girlfriend so she can find someone better who isn’t, at best, acting like he’s cheating. The fuck do you mean ‘be more subtle’? Your ex should have nothing ‘important’ to talk to you about. If you’re still so hung up on your ex stay out of relationships.

Be more subtle to me means start sneaking around. Tf? No wonder your gf doesnt have any trust wtf is that!?

•

u/duckmcsnail 31m ago

Well yeah, you hiding it definitely makes it a problem.

Your responses were childish. “Boundrys” aren’t new and SHOULD be implemented into any relationship. Especially physical ones where you are in a closed relationship but here you are trying to tell your ex to be “more subtle”? Nah. I’d dump you.

Do you have children with your ex? If not, the jealousy of some ratty LLC is so laughably immature to throw out as comparison because she's shading you. That YOU have bad taste in women, which rolls back around to her 🤣 and why someone would talk to their ex 5 years later. People with real prospects move on, not in circles. If you had children with someone and you are dating someone who will make you hang up the phone, you deserve this mess. You made it with bad taste.

Im so confused whats happening here but your communication style seems very toxic. Relationships aren't sustainable if you don't communicate well with your partner.

The last line was sketch even though I don’t believe it was intended. Your ex shouldn’t have to deal with shit like that, her response is totally justified, she’s just trying to handle financial matters like an adult. And while your gf hanging up your call with the ex is uncalled for and seems like insecure behavior, but with comments like your last line, I’m not surprised she reacted that way if she’s seen you text dumb shit like that before.

Edit: when I got to the Radke quote, I knew this whole thing was cooked

Quoting a rapist doesn’t really help the situation

Why do you have to ask her to be more subtle? This whole boundary of your partner not talking to your exes is so immature. You may as well talk to no women ever

•

u/_Okaysowhat 38m ago

It's not immature to cut contact with any ex you have no business talking to anymore when you already in a new relationship.

•

u/notJonSerra 9m ago

That's not the immature part. The immature part is asking your partner to not talk to their exes. If you can't trust them, don't be with them.
