I think that's incel 4chan "looksmaxxing" language, the suboptimal and underdeveloped part is a giveaway as they're obsessed with looks and intelligence. A lot of it has become more mainstream with social media so others have picked up the language (maxxing, pilled, mogging etc) and its ideas even without being directly in the circles

I think it’s making a comeback as my 14 year old uses it on the regular. I will say in a much more comedic way though! Like once I had my hair in a ponytail and they were like “Holy George Washington, bro” 😆
