As much as i like Malcom’s music I have no idea how he is doing better rn then Steve Lacy 😭 I feel like Malcom’s music is just music that already Steve did a few years ago but what do y’all think about this?

Asking the real questions now
I liked oh yeah? but i think im leaning more towards gemini rights mostly cuz of sonic direction and to me that album is just so beautiful and cohesive all the way through. So many memorable moments and I personally like the lyrics more overall as well.

I think Daze is way too underrated and under played

Personally I cannot listen to live without your love.. I just cannot rock w the instrumental sadly
Wouldn't say it's a bad song though, just not anything I'd prefer to listen to

Mind you the original prices for these tickets were like $90-200… 😭I get if you want to buy tickets and resell them for a little extra money but the fact that the cheapest ticket I’m seeing rn is 350 all the way in the 2ND MZ (Radio city music hall) is so twisted. God forbid a girl just wants to see her favorite artist. 💔😞 ALSO WHY IS THE MOST EXPENSIVE TICKET $1000?!!

While I agree Steve shouldn’t have said that 😭 I don’t it gives people the right to talk about his looks and about him being bi

Who would y'all like to see as an opener for Steve on this tour? Realistic answers only please :) I would love to see Portraits of Tracy

Like dang he doesn’t have to become Gil Scott Heron, but a little bit of evolution lyrically would have been nice. There definitely was evolution sonically.

This album was cluttered with the most on the nose corny lines , it’s like he is trying to be this cool alt indie guy in the most mainstream cornball way. “I think your cute and you’re a baddie of course” line literally ruined that great song “when we fucked on your rug had me floating like alladin” please
Just not it at all. And it is surprising because he has such good taste. Just not when he has to write i guess.

Geuinly this album is fucking insane and I think you really need to hear it in a certain time of your life for you to truly love it how it's meant to be it's not like his old stuff and I personally put this album higher up the Gemini rights but I mean that's just me

After opening night really disappointing everybody on the merch, I'd like to say just stay hopeful. On his last tour the CPFM merch he had didn't pop up til about the middle of his dates. I speculate there is a chance we still see more.

Was Steve just testing the new sound on nice shoes in August 2025? Or was it because it didn't have a music video? Or people just didn't like it?

I can't believe I used to skip hate CD before my friend told me it's her favorite of Steve's songs

I think it’s a pretty solid setlist and it would flow pretty nice
For in your world I can definitely see him tying Give You the World into that song. They’re almost the same and Childish Gambino did something similar for his flog gnaw setlist with Give You the World + Prototype it would be a blissful outro
What y’all think? What songs do you wanna hear on tour
