I've had multiple Eratigena adult males in my bathroom since early summer. This is the first time I've seen juveniles! 6mm stylus tip for scale. And one of the big guys just for fun.

I live in palm desert ca and I found this spider in my house is it a dangerous species

i am mildly-moderately afraid of spiders and while i am okay with cohabitating i would like him to go behind the drawers during the daytime. mostly i have been blowing air at him really hard so he scurries away but id like to know if theres a nicer way to do it. he will go away if its very bright but i live in the uk and it's been rainy recently so he's been out all the time and torches do not frighten him.

This YouTuber feeds the spiders.

Does that not look good? 😋

I live up in WA and September is coming around so the spiders are moving into houses.

I like spiders, and I think they are essential to the environment so I don’t want to kill or harm them. BUT!!! I honestly think I also have a very innate and intense fear of them that I haven’t been able to get over. it’s just gotten worse as Iv gotten older for some reason.

I am moving into a new house that looks and is very spider prone. It’s a little scary but not the worst if they are elsewhere in the house, but I do NOT want them in my room. at my old house they were always in my room and often in my bed and it freaked me out so much I stopped sleeping in there and started to get a lot of anxiety about my room.

does anyone know of anything that I can do to keep spiders out of my room?

(I looked into those ultrasonic pest repellent plug-ins but this house has a couple pet reptiles and I don’t want to accidentally bother them or their insect food).

thank you!

Sorry for the low quality video. Legend says he's still scaring himself in the shower till now lol near the last part of the vid is when he tried to f off but he saw himself again XD

You know when you see a spider hanging from a single line of web? Not lowering themselves, or building a web, or dead, just hanging there.

I’ve always imagined it’s really comfortable for them, like how dogs lie upside down, or like when you’re a kid and you sit with your legs up against the back of the couch

Location: Netherlands

Spider: European Garden Spider

I was letting the dogs out last night and this happened.
