It always blows my mind when I see a track from a SoundCloud account from 2009-2010; that is only a couple of years after I was born, and it’s interesting to see how music trends have changed gradually over time. I’m wondering what your oldest track on SoundCloud is and how different it sounds from your newer tracks!

So I just wanna say I’ve been using SoundCloud to post music for almost a year, tracked all my views and likes, when I get them and when stuff kinda slows down. Today I used the amplify option since that’s what I always do after uploading my beats. I uploaded my beat at exactly 7am this morning, got the email saying my song has been processed for the amplify option at 8am and everytime I do this I always get 70 views around this time, I took a break from uploading for about 4 months because of burnout, and I’ve notice that all my progress has died off completely as I would get around 700+ views on each one of mt beats. Now on the subject of today’s upload i have only got 17 views since 2pm, before 2pm I haven’t gotten a single view at all which is super bizarre because everything i have tracked so far says I should be getting at least at the bare minimum 40 views rn and should be going up every half an hour or so. But today is the first time I’ve ever dealt with a beat being this slow in terms of views. Again I love writing down my statistics of each song so I know what everything looks like on day one and now I haven’t even reached my minimum at all yet. Anyone else dealing with this?
