I need help with/using Soundcloud SoundCloud Support ticket #4905086 has gone unanswered

Hi,

I’m following up regarding SoundCloud Support ticket #4905086.

A SoundCloud support specialist contacted me on October 1 asking for more details about my issue. I received that email later and replied on October 4 with a full explanation, track examples, and a screenshot showing the issue.

I also followed up again on October 12, but I still have not received any response.

This is not a new support request. I simply need someone to review the existing ticket #4905086 and confirm that my replies have been received and that the case is still being handled.

Could someone from SoundCloud Support please check the status of this ticket?

On peut toujours rêver...il semblerait que ce foutu site soit aux mains d'un bot,qui répond aimablement certes, mais toujours à côté, ou en demandant des renseignements qu'il ne peut lire (captures d'écrans entre autre)
