I need help with/using Soundcloud Why will SoundCloud open a ticket just to never respond

SoundCloud won’t let me upload tracks anymore because I need to verify my email even though it was verified long ago. I don’t have access to it anymore and they have to verify my old email in order for me to change it, so I opened a ticket with them and received a response only once lol. Literal silence beyond that.

A ticket gives you a false sense of security. But a ticket is only as good as the customer service.

They use the word on purpose. A ticket is guaranteed to be redeemable.
