I need help with/using Soundcloud connection problem

Hello,

I'm having a problem with the SoundCloud app on Android. When I try to access the insights for one of my tracks, it asks me to log in, even though I'm already logged in. So, I try to log in via the Insights tab, but I get this error message : "Something unexpected happened. Please Try again."

Does anyone have a solution?

I'd test Insights in a desktop browser with the same account first: profile avatar > Your Insights. That gives you a comparison with the Android app and may let you see the stats while sorting this out.

For the app, try force-stopping it and reopening it, then open Your Insights from Library. SoundCloud documents both access routes here: https://help.soundcloud.com/hc/en-us/articles/115003564988-Insights-on-SoundCloud

Does the login loop happen from Library too, or only when opening that one track's insights? If it persists, that distinction plus your Android version, SoundCloud app version and the exact error would be useful in a support ticket.
