this just happened after opening up my laptop

Explanation: Like the title says, i went on chrome and tried to play bitnations (a game where you control a nation) and the app glitched out. Went to another website and did the same. Decided to clear the cache and reopen chrome, and the screen would go black whenever i went to a website. Finally fixed itself after i force stopped the app.
