Looking for software Guys I really need to upscale this video it's 240p .. is there any way to even see the lines he drawing?

It's important video for me because it has all the important information I want when drawing the head .. also if the upscale will be done with ai that's fine

If the data isn’t there (ie if no lines are visible on camera) there will be no upscaler in the world who with certainty can recreate the lines.

I don't think it's possible, if the original upload quality is low then it would not matter even if you upscaled the video, due to low quality recording the the words aren't visible/recorded properly, thus there is nothing to upscale, it would be better if you could search alternative videos related for what you require them.

If the original source didn't captura the drawing lines then you can't just upscale. But Ai is smart enough to follow the hands movement and iterate lines discriminating by drawing sounds. Hard but achievable .
But why that video ? Grab a book . It is better study material if you are going to take it seriously
