As far as staggering lineups goes, I really like pairing VJ and JB, and then keeping Embiid, LeBron, and Maxey together. That's pretty wild though.

Are people actually overreacting to a preseason game.. where Bron, JB, and Embiid were not playing?

It's wild. Can only assume it's newer fans. NBA preseason is completely meaningless and as fans you should only be watching to see young players get their touches and hope for a couple highlight plays.

Everything else is a wash. Gonna be a long season with these new stans and fans who don't know shit.

Aw PG mentioned that PGjr and Arthur go to the same school. Despite his short stint in Philly, it really feels like he developed very tight bond with his teammates

Yea I wish we kept rocking with pg I think he fit Philly really well. I understand peoples criticisms and hopes for JB but the team was a really good mesh last year and I’m sad it didn’t work out better

PG rarely attacks the rim. Same with Harden. No thank you.

Anfernee Simons might become our trade salary for a Center if he doesn't get back in the rotation early this season.

Look, I was a fan of PG and appreciate what he did for us while he was here. If not for him we don’t knock of the Cs last post season. He’s not what he once was and he’s not garbage either. He’s a solid role player at this point in his career. I respect him and have love for him

But, never in a million years did I think we’d be able to swap him and his deal, including the picks, for someone like JB. That shit still just blows my mind. Haters can try and cope all they want, but anyone around the league or anywhere else that says they wouldn’t do that deal 100 times out of 100 is either a liar, a hater, an idiot or all of the above.

Sixers in 4

why do i keep giving attention to these other nba subreddits when they make posts to clearly hate on embiid? the nba is the only sport i tend to do this for 😂😂

Don’t even have to leave this subreddit for that

People saying preseason are correct to an extent. It doesn’t really matter for proven NBA guys, but we can use it to evaluate the deeper bench guys, especially guys on two way contracts like Barlow and Jabari Parker last year.

With that being said, Rayan Rupert has not looked good. That’s the main thing I took away from last night. Well that and Edwards is useless if his shot does not go down

Yeah I'm not a fan of edwards, His decision making is ass and he isn't a good defender so it's like what do we even have him out there for. The only thing he's good for is hitting 3's but he's way worse than some one like grimes and grimes would adhd dribble the basket off his foot, but at least he had discipline on defense

I’d love to pull off something like JE + 2SRPs for Dylan Cardwell.

Maxime Raynaud is probably out for an extended period of time. Cardwell is going to be their primary back up center now.

Ah yeah, that’s right. He picked up an injury. Do you know the details?

u/Science4me12 2d ago

Many redditors claimed it was a non contact injury on the knee. And he had to be put on a wheelchair. Could be very very serious

The copium of Boston fans lol… With the way they’ve been bragging you thought they won Game 7 of the NBA Finals, World Series, Stanley Cup Finals, and the solitary games of both the Super Bowl and UCL final combined.

And they wonder why half the league hates the Celtics? Pretentious fans who just reek elitism all over... And fuck Tatum for life. He’ll never win MVP ever. I’d rather Luka win it or one of Shai or Jokic again. Hell even Run and dunk man in Miami is a better choice than that corny bozo.
