SharePoint Online HTML forms created using the SPFX Generic form customiser loading blank

I have a number of tenancies with this issue anyone having any idea what's going on or what can be done to fix it. This was last working Friday.

We have the same issue. Started on one customer tenant, now on 2 of our tenants and seems to be spreading.

We have a Form Customizer on multiple lists and none of them are working. It just shows a blank page, and the network stack doesnt even load anything, no errors in the console.

How is it for you?

Same behaviour for some of our clients the others are fine at this stage.

We have same issue here. First thing in the morning users where complaining about our custom forms not loading.

After seeing this topic we created a critical support ticket with Microsoft.

Microsoft ticket is gone. But the issue is not resolved for us.

Looks like Microsoft has removed the service health issue from the Microsoft 365 admin center. I grabbed a screenshot of it before it now just shows an access denied or “something went wrong” message. I’m getting reports that some of the affected tenants are up and running again so it is hopefully being rolled back on all affected tenants soon.

[UPDATE]
As mentioned in the comments Microsoft did release a post that has since been deleted. Some of our clients are working again others are still unable to load the forms.

The Microsoft Service Health created for this issue is not available anymore. Issue is not resolved on our tenant.
