I have previous mod experience.

I would like to create a place with mods that actually follow their own rules.

As both a computer and social scientist, I think there might even be ways in which I could automate some of the moderation and I would like to use r/DanmarkUdenRegler as a testing ground for that.

I want to create a place that emphasizes freedom of speech, but under conditions of a high signal to noise ratio, with heavy focus on objectivity.

Shortly, I fear we have reached peak polarization and no matter where I go, flame wars seem to be active in every community. I think if you let me, a game theoretical approach, freedom of expression coupled with a new voting system, I could prove my point.

Why I’m requesting r/jovemnerd1 and how I’ll run it:

The sub seems to have no mods at all. I'm a very avid fan of Jovem Nerd, the media group. I used to listen to their podcast all the time, and i think i followed them for almost 12-13 years.

I think I can help out the community grow, I have some experience as a mod for an Assassin's Creed sub. We have been hitting +20k new members since I joined. I think the best way forward for a community is to keep the place as friendly as possible and be welcoming of new people always, trying to stay focused in the subs topics.

I would like to take over this sub and make it come alive!

Why I’m requesting r/videopoker and how I’ll run it:

Maintain the site as a hub for posting about video poker in casinos and online. I would ban affiliate ads for online casinos but welcome discussion about both online and land based casinos.

It was banned for not having a moderator.

Why I’m requesting r/anythingbutmetric and how I’ll run it:

I love this community, but unfortunately it's been going unmoderated for a while, so I would like to revive it while ensuring it sticks to its original mission.

Hi! I’d love to take this over!

Hello, I would like to apply to become a moderator of https://www.reddit.com/r/TMNTSplinteredFate/ . This small community of fans of the video game TMNT: Splintered Fate is growing as more of the game is released and I would love to help the group grow by pinning quality content such as build guides, achievements, and simply helping keep the sub dedicated to the topic. Unfortunately, it appears the creator of the sub and only moderator is no longer active on Reddit, and does not appear to have posted on this sub in 3 years. I attempted to contact them on October 3rd, and have so far received no response. I have read all the rules for RedditRequest, and I have made a good faith attempt to be compliant with all of them, including 2FA and verified email address. Thank you for your consideration.
