Activation Issue

Is anyone else having this problem. I downloaded my activation code and activated PyCharm but now every three minutes a dialogue pops up telling me I need to activate. I can either click ok or quit. I click ok, it says my licence is good till sept 2027 and i click ok. Three minutes the same thing happens, it is very disruptive. PyCharm's solution was if I am using the right email address which I am.

Hey, JetBrainer here, this would need additional investigation as we need to check the logs to have a better understanding of what is happening. Please create a new bug report on YouTrack https://youtrack.jetbrains.com/issues

Make sure to provide the IDE logs from Help | Collect Logs and Diagnostic Data

I'm trying to get that screen capture for you. I have filed a bug report but for now I find myself just avoiding PyCharm.

The interruptions are incessant and make it difficult to work, I sent the logs and screenshot as a reply to an email I received from customer support. Please help me, because I like the software, I like to support you but if we can't resolve this I will need to get a refund.
