Pro-Life Only Support.
I just lost an online friend of 4 years because she found out I was pro-life. Recently lost a lot of my friends as well over changing schools and such, only have 1 friend left now. Just need a bit of support.

That's why we are here for, to provide a place for pro-lifers to come together. We will be there for our fellows. When you need us
We also host Pro-life video calls on Zoom every Sat at 7:00pm, for those who need in person talking and pro-life environments
I've been there myself. Members of my family won't even talk to me anymore. I lost a long time friend I had for years to an argument because he couldn't stand I was pro-life yes.
We will be there for you however you need us.

Thank you <3 sometimes I feel like a horrible person over my beliefs.

No you are not horrible.
I was there too. Really. For a very long time in fact. After my years of pure shock that abortion was legal and thinking everyone around me were crazy.... I just sorta passively accepted I was just... "different". I stayed my way, but I just sorta accepted I wouldn't find anyone like me....
Until I did. Until I found some semblance of moral judgment in some people. I had to look a little bit, but I found them, and you can find them too. They are here. Ready to help you. We really are.

Congrats for your bravery to hold on to your beliefs. Dont you worry. You didnt lose anything of value when that friend went away.

Oh absolutely. Holding to my values isn't even a question.
Honestly our friendship was not doing as good as could have, not great, but not terrible. But after I told him I was pro-life, looking back, he was going to explode no matter what. Not immediately, no, it took time.
But his hatred of pro-life was going to come out eventually. He was going to explode with anger about who I was. The signs since I told him were always their. I just over looked them and gave him the benefit of the doubt that he either could change or could accept me...
I guess I was wrong.

Being an individual can be lonely. Having convictions can be lonely. The important thing is to be true to yourself but also enter into relationships with grace and understanding. If someone doesnt want to associate with you because youre prolife then let them go. If people are leaving yourself because of how you engage them, then maybe reflect on your approach.

I told her that I’d rather not discuss the topic with her, she disregarded it and continued to talk about it.
Asked me questions and I honestly answered them. My final message was that i knew I wasn’t going to change her mind, and she wasn’t going to change mine either so it’s better to stop the conversation.
I continuously asked her during my messages to not block me or ruin our friendship over something like this. Well…

Breakups arent just romantic - they can be platonic too. Sometimes friendships end and thats sad. If she chose to walk away, you can mourn the friendship and look toward making new friends. Its always sad, but if its a deal breaker for her, you cant change that.

I'm sorry. I had a friend on the opposite side of the political stance randomly try and argue with me about religion. I tried and push away from the conversation but she kept dragging me back in. I ended up just giving cold replies for her to knock it off but sometimes people just get way too deep into politics. Politics destroy friendships.

You really shouldn't attempt to hold onto people like that. They judge you as a person because you hold the view that innocent children shouldn't be sacrifice by their parents. They don't even value you enough to think that your position might be valid and to have an actual conversation with you.
Idk how old you are but I'm positive that you can find a solid group of friends who share your values or who at least respect you enough to accept you beliefs.

I'm a pro-lifer too. We're here. I know how lonely it can feel, though. My entire family is pro-choice and I'm the only one who isn't. I don't talk about my beliefs because I know my family would fly into a rage if I did. It sucks.

Hey there. I am sorry for what you are going through.
I know you are currently not in a place you will fully get this, but I tell you this was never your friend. I have friend who had abortion and I didn't dedicate my time or efforts to judge her or beat her over it, or tell her why it was wrong. She knows very well it was wrong.
That is to tell you that people who can't communicate despite their differences are not worth your time or efforts, because these people are engulfed in themselves.
Weirdly enough, people do have the right to make a shitty decision. They always did, now it is just legalised.

You have friends here. If your so-called friend can't accept you being pro life, then she's not your real friend.
