iPhone Satellite Messaging - does it support sending to toll-free numbers?

I'm setting up a toll-free text line that people could use to text for weather updates or alerts while out of service.

Before I rely on it, I need to know if it actually works from Messages via satellite when out of cell range.

Some services block short codes and toll-free numbers, and I can't find a clear answer for Apple's satellite texting.

BoltWX does this and they have their own SMS shortcode for it.

Why does it need to be toll free? I've never paid a toll for out-of-state texts.

Not sure about the toll free part but I know of a Wildland Firefighter who set up an AI chat bot thing you can text for information that works really well (or did 8 months ago when I last used it). It’s a really cool system.
