I’d honestly look into replacing the head with something that looks like it was meant to be a handle from the start (while giving it similar proportions and weight distribution to the hammer head) if you intend to walk around in public with it because otherwise I could see someone calling the cops on you for carrying around something they think looks like a weapon unfortunately.

It is sick though, even if you do go that route I’d make it separately so you could hold onto this for your wall or something.
