Australia Fixed/mobile plant mechanic

I’m a qualified boilermaker doing my plant mechanic apprenticeship but my work only does concrete pump trucks so TAFE has said I have to fixed plant not mobile plant which is 3 units different, has anyone else run into this and have any work arounds as I want to do mobile plant not fixed

Your work will have to arrange of site training.

Im currently doing the same as you are. We have options of going to cat, leibherr, komatsu for 3 months
