Those are all hitches of people that actually tow. They’re fairly expensive and adjustable so that multiple trailers can be towed.

Apparently you’ve never seen how much people pay for pavement princess luxury trucks. The hitch is just the finally piece of the gender affirming therapy. I’m not saying these people don’t use them, but just because they’re expensive doesn’t mean they use them

These are not “cool” hitches, which do exist FWIW.

Not all hitches are the same. I have one similar to the first truck and it was $1000+. It’s ugly as hell and not something that might give you “cool” points. You only use that kind of hitch if you’re doing real towing (and want to be safe).
