Freezing green onions will change the texture, so be prepared for that.
Clean, dry, chopped/sliced onions are best frozen spread thinly on a pan so the onions don't clump together.
After they're frozen, you can consolidate into a freezer-safe container.
Do not thaw before using. Just drop the frozen green onion into whatever.

They took all of your other groceries and decided that you were only getting that for the week.

I legit once ordered a 1x piece of $50 steam gift card and got a pack of 10 from Amazon! A few other people did too during this one special sale many years ago. I kept quite and kept them.

You can probably cut up and freeze a bunch for cooking. You could grill a bunch as a side dish. Scallion pancakes? 20 lbs is a lot though haha.

This post infuriates the same people who complain about their sandwich being too saucy, or there being too much cheese on the pasta, or there being too much garlic in the toum.
