Chess/math daydream

I had an equation come to me in a daydream. I have a very particular reference in mind with it and was wondering if anyone could come to the same conclusion or possibly see something I missed. I'll reveal my thoughts on it after people have some time to see what they find. The equation is 64/15=2+2.
