khan alternative that is not just videos?
Videos just don’t work for my brain. I have ADHD and end up zoning out halfway through, spending more time rewinding than actually learning anything. I need something in a completely different format, not just another kind of video. Any recommendations?

Yeah the "find a more engaging youtube channel" advice never worked for me either. Still passive, still me watching someone else do math

Also ADHD- I usually don’t like learning from videos, but I find speeding the video up as much as possible means I have to stay focused more and that helps.

Either take notes while watching the video or buy a textbook. ThriftBooks is a good source for textbooks.

Same here, I have ADHD and could never sit through those videos of someone writing numbers on a whiteboard. I tried a few platforms but always lost focus during the lessons. Video lessons just weren't working for me so I gave brilliant a try. You get to solve problems right away instead of sitting through a lecture and there's a tutor that helps when you get stuck. I've been working through the algebra course since summer and haven't watched a single video.

try interactive textbooks, the kind with built in exercises you have to do before moving forward. for adhd the immediate feedback loop helps way more than passive watching. also look into worked example sheets where its just text and steps, no narration.
