Question FaceTime dont work on iPad 2 iOS 8.4.1

I cant log into my account in FaceTime on iPad 2 iOS 8.4.1. Tell me, who knows, if there is a working way to restore working of FaceTime calls on my iPad ? Jailbreak with Cydia is installed on it.
