Question iPhone 13 Pro sealed iOS version

I found on Ebay a new sealed iPhone 13 Pro, how many chances do I have to find iOS 16 or 17 on it?

13 pro is absolutely guaranteed (100%) to be on 15.x. Just not possible for it to be on anything newer unless it’s a refurbished unit or it’s really not sealed.

A real sealed iPhone 13 Pro will be on iOS 15 only.

If it’s on iOS 16 or 17, it’s either refurbished or re-sealed.

Much higher chance it’ll be iOS 15. Maybe early 16. Almost no chance it’ll have 17 on it if it’s factory sealed.
