Support Shareplay issue
(This is a repost, I didn’t get an answer before and it’s still not working) when me and my gf want to share play on FaceTime using paramount plus which we both have it gives both of us the option, we click on whatever we want to watch, it says we are shareplaying but the other person can’t see it. What I thought might be the issue is we are using the same subscription but I don’t think so anymore, I tried looking it up and it said to connect it to Apple TV which we both did and it still doesn’t work. How do I fix this? I have a iPhone 17 and she has phone 16 pro . And we were using the same profile while shareplaying so that might also be it. And we’re each on the latest software. What is the issue?

Paramount+ says SharePlay requires both people to have the Premium plan. If you have Essential or another lower-tier plan, that could explain the problem, even if you both can watch Paramount+ normally
