Any shade difference between the panels?

Does the overall silhouette match?

Hey guys, my rehearsal came back with dimensions of 28 × 18 × 19 cm for just 3 football jerseys, even though I selected vacuum packaging and removed the original packaging.
The combined estimated weight of the jerseys was only 641 g, but the parcel is listed as 1,040 g.
Is 19 cm thickness normal? That seems really strange for 3 vacuum-packed jerseys. Did they actually vacuum-pack them, or should I contact support and ask for a repack?
Has anyone had a similar experience with GTBUY?

Can you directly purchase on the gtbuy website using American card services or Apple Pay; do you need an agent to purchase? Every time I try to purchase with Apple Pay or VISA it says it’s unauthorized.

Does one side look higher?

Hey guys,
I’m trying to ship a parcel with just 2 football jerseys (total actual weight around 390g).
When checking shipping routes, the tax-free line is estimating around $40 USD, and even EUB is around $29 USD.
I noticed in the warehouse measurements that both jerseys are listed with an 8cm thickness/height each (27x21x8 cm and 33x20x8 cm), which seems absurdly thick for a couple of folded polyester shirts. The route page also warns: "package length, width, and height information is needed".
Since GTBUY only offers Carton Packaging as the outer packing method, is this estimated $40 just the system calculating volumetric weight based on those inflated 8cm measurements and an oversized box?
If I submit a rehearsal package with:
Vacuum bag
Remove original packaging
A note asking warehouse staff to use the smallest possible box that fits the compressed shirts
Will the final chargeable weight drop significantly once they actually pack and measure it, or is a $30–$40 estimate normal because of base minimum fees?
Thanks for the help!

All of my parcels were shipped with 6-9 day shipping. The worst one so far I shipped one month ago, and has not moved from ‘arrived at the warehouse’ 2 weeks ago. When they come to this stage they just don’t seem to move and gt buy don’t seem to help either. They won’t tell me who is the ‘warehouse’ so I can get it sorted from here.
