I am in a basic film writing class and one of our assignments is to create the script for a music video for a song that needs a music video or one that needs a better one.

I'm thinking of doing a Green Day song and I need some inspiration.

So what are your opinions on the subject?

I wanted to get pinhead gunpowder tickets for the show at the pacific electric but they’re all sold out (atleast on ticketmaster) so i checked out the ones at the Fremont theater and theres a bunch of resale tickets that are available but these look suspiciously cheap for tickets that other people are reselling for hundreds at other venues. Most of the cheaper tickets say that they are pdfs which i assume just means they aren’t mobile transfer and more like a photo. I looked at other apps like seat geek and they have tickets for 14$ and theres even more of them. Are any of these legit and if not, how can i make sure i get a real one?

I saw general admission tickets for Irving plaza going for 75$. Much lower than the bot scalpers originally tried to get

This is the first part of a mini-series I'm gonna start where I cover one or two songs from every album. I was originally gonna do JUST the Meet Me on the Roof cover and nothing else, but I figured I'd make it a series. I'll try and get these out as quick as possible, but no promises. Busy with school and all.

Anyways, I had a real blast with this one! I really like the old-school dance vibe of it.

Next will be Bobby Sox for my Saviors pick since I've already gotten it written, and after that will either be Nimrod or 21CB.

Also, I'm gonna use the voice oohs for the vocals since Flat.io doesn't really have good voice recording so you'll have to get used to 'em. Sorry.

Was there to see them tonight. They put on a killer show! I saw Green Day on the Saviors tour and honestly this was better. 1300 people vs 40000 people, the band interacted more with the crowd. Billie Joe even took somebody's scarf lol. Also, they were soooo energetic. It was fantastic! I hope the tour again someday. How is everyone else concert experience so far?

Hello!! This is kinda random but i’ve seen that during the US/EU 21st Century Breakdown tour, some cities got their own exclusive shirt w the band on the front and the city and date on the back (shown above). It made me wonder if there was a shirt from the show in Ottawa Canada on July 17th 2009, since that is my exact birthday!! I thought it would be pretty cool to have!! So I’m looking to see if anyone here knows if they made one for that show. Or even better if someone has one! Thanks for reading lol

Last night someone associated with the PHG tour gave my girlfriend a couple of picks, out of all the people hanging around after the show, we had traveled the farthest to see them (from Boston, it's a long story...)

The first thing I did was lose the Dookie 2024 Europe pick, when we got back to where we're staying it was no longer in my pocket. We went back this morning and scoured the parking lots at St Andrews and Dutch Girl Donuts, no dice. I think I dropped it on East Fort Street across the road from the Detroiter, but who knows.

Anyway, if anyone found it, I'll pay you $50 for it. It's stupid, but I feel like an idiot for losing it, I can get a fake replacement but it isn't the same...
