This was the last thing that was on the site/app after it shut down. It shut down said "Somethijg went wrong" I closed the app, re-opened it and this was all that was there. Goodbye Google+. You were an amazing website with memes, advice, and more. 🕊🕊

Yeah, Jai+ (URL:https://plus.jaisur.isroot.in/) has been shutdown because it's creator, Jai had very much problems with fake accounts, wanted features, thing waiting to administration and OBVIOUSLY the maintance of the servers.

Back then, Initial D was a very obscure series. Almost no one knew about its existence. I was happy to be one of the earliest fan to be exposed to the franchise before the memes skyrocket it into popularity. And this was the first place where I found many enthusiasts alike.

A while back, me and my friend Chris started working on a project inspired by Google+, with the goal of bringing back some of the things I loved about the platform while building something new at the same time.

Honestly, we weren't sure we'd ever reach this milestone.

Huge thanks to Chris and my admins, moderators, contributors, and everyone who's joined so far. Every bug report, suggestion, and post has helped shape the platform into what it is today.

If you're a former Google+ user, I'd love to hear what features and communities you miss most from the original platform.

It’s been a while since I posted here, so I wanted to share an update on what’s been happening with Jai+ and where the project is heading.

A lot of new features have been added recently to improve the experience and bring things closer to a modern social platform while still keeping that classic Google+ feel:

• @username mentions in posts and comments for easier interaction
• Real-time messaging so conversations update instantly
• Cuss word filtering to keep the platform clean and safe for everyone
• Spoiler tagging/filtering for posts to avoid unwanted spoilers
• Updated user status indicators in messages so you can better see activity and presence
• Stronger security features across the platform to improve safety and stability

On top of that, the old Google+ APK is currently being patched to work with Jai+, which should bring back a more familiar experience for those who used it back in the day.

It’s been a slow but steady process, and I really appreciate everyone who’s still around and interested in the project.

Jai+ is still actively in development, and there’s a lot more coming soon.

This is a long shot, but I’ve been thinking about someone I used to talk to every day on Google+ when I was younger (around 2013–2016).

You were a big Green Day fan—especially the 21st Century Breakdown era. We used to talk after school all the time, mostly about the band. The whole vibe was very Tumblr/MySpace-era energy.
