Little to no sexual attraction or lust. Alternatively, it means you can reproduce without sex by splitting in half and becoming 2 of you (in biology anyway for single cell organisms).
Kinda funny how the prefix a- means an absolute lack of, but as I've recently been informed, you can be ace and still have sexual attraction, but in very limited amounts. I'll leave the more tedious and in-depth explanations to an Ace who knows far more than I on the matter lol, like ace vs demi vs gray etc...
so since you'd know better than i, how would you explain the difference between ace demi and graysexual? i'm just a local gay so i'm not in the know there. thanks in advance. (:
Never heard of graysexual honestly till now. 😅 but ace people tend to not or Very little sexual attraction towards a person. While demi needs to have a bond before any attraction happens. They are all in the spectrum of asexuality because neither of these feel attraction towards strangers and never think to have intimate experiences with strangers. 1 night stands, meeting someone at a club or paying for services tend to be not a thought or desire for an asexual person.
Asexual - no sexual desire for a mate.
Demi - will maybe develop desire after years of being together.
What i can see for gray is it is something in the inbetween of demi and ace. They can feel attraction to a person's looks, voice or smell but will not have a high desire to bed them until getting to know the person more.
Oh ok. Well, I alr did experience sexual attraction, but never for long and the idea to make the THING with anyone kinda disgust me. Plus, I don't really like people to touch me in general so... I don't know exactly what I am, but I guess it's not that far from ace. Or maybe it is ?
