Making free custom font for someone

Hello! I am bored and want to make a font. I thought that maybe I could make one for someone. If you want to request me to make one, please comment or DM me and include some sketches, examples, photos, etc. for what you want created. I will choose one to do. Please note that I'm a hobbyist. I'm not a professional, but I've made many fonts and I'm just out of ideas right now. I can't guarantee a full font (like rare characters), but definitely the main ones like upper and lowercase Latin characters, numbers, and basic punctuation. This is completely free. Thanks!

Attempting to design a new comic book font based on my own handwriting.

Using an app called Fontself on my tablet. It’s a pretty intuitive app. I’m trying to get my own handwriting to work as a comic book for a new project I’m working on. I want to keep the handwriting feel, but I also want it to be readable.

new font Gridline Geometric (first released font)

100% free to use (later should be available on dafont.com as well):

Personal creation. A geometric uppercase-and-numeral-and-punctuactional (lowercaseds reuse uppercase designs) font made entirely out of 3-by-3 square images from Paint. Only rule was to have no parts outside the 3-by-3s' center draft square parts.

Now should be about correct spacing for them.

New font I've just gotten to a public beta kinda level of finished. I can tell it's a good one because I've had so much fun making all these demo graphics for it.

It's called "Collectivist"

Bright Grotesk — Getting back into type design after a long hiatus

Hey everyone!

I've recently started getting back into type design after a pretty long hiatus, and I thought I'd share one of my typefaces, Bright Grotesk.

It's a geometric sans-serif family built around clean shapes, balanced proportions, and a bit of personality. I've always had a soft spot for geometric typefaces, and Bright Grotesk is my own take on that approach.

The family includes multiple weights, matching true italics, and a variable font version.

I've also put together an interactive specimen where you can explore the typeface and play around with its features.

Feel free to check it out: https://andrew.paglinawan.com/typefaces/bright-grotesk

Would love to hear your thoughts and feedback. It's good to be drawing letters again! :)
