I'm seeking advice about selling ENS domain names

Hey community,

I'm wondering how someone can get offers to his ENS domains. I have 64 of them, some of big airway companies, some alias names, and others that some might or might not find them interesting.

Would you need to do outbound sales and outreach or just wait for offers to come in?

Also, where do you sell these domains? I'm aware of ENS vision and OpenSea. What's the most liquid solution?

Any advice would be highly appreciated!

WARNING ABOUT SCAMS: Recently there have been a lot of convincing-looking scams posted on crypto-related reddits including fake NFTs, fake credit cards, fake exchanges, fake mixing services, fake airdrops, fake MEV bots, fake ENS sites and scam sites claiming to help you revoke approvals to prevent fake hacks. These are typically upvoted by bots and seen before moderators can remove them. Do not click on these links and always be wary of anything that tries to rush you into sending money or approving contracts.

Squatted names likely have no value. Ens squatters greed killed the whole concept.

When the value of ENS domains appreciates beyond the speculative value of sitting on the names themselves.

The problem with ENS domains is they are broadly unused/unusable except in certain niche situations.

99% of companies simply don’t care about ENS because they don’t care about web3 (for good reason). The only value in names is something that has a use-case for an individual creator or native web3 service imo- I’ve bought and sold domains but they’ve been extremely targeted, not classic domain squatting. As for where to sell, if someone is interested they’ll likely find you. OS is a straightforward solution with probably the broadest reach as it doesn’t matter if they’re listed or not.

I think the platforms you’re already familiar with should be enough to get started. You can list your domains there, but if you have a unique ENS name, I’d say be patient , if someone is interested, they might reach out with an offer.

ENS absolutely useless to these companies. Web3 has tiny successes in the midst of a vast dead experiment.

64 domains is a lot to sit on, if you want real offers you need to do the outreach yourself, nobody just happens to browse ENS listings for airline names
