Forkcast is a pretty good site for keeping up to date on future forks. Glamsterdam is the next one, targeting the next couple months

Any estimated date?

2026 is the best estimate there is. Depends entirely on how testnets go
The first public testnet, Platåberget, went live on August 13, 2026. Sepolia forks next, on October 6, 2026. Hoodi is proposed for October 27, to be confirmed on October 8.

If all goes well, December. The Sepolia testnet forked smoothly. Next Hoodi testnet, date tbd, earliest Oct 27. Then at least one month and then mainnet, so earliest mainnet fork first or second week of December.

It's called Glamsterdam. In short it should let Ethereum handle more transactions at once, which helps with speed and fees over time.
It gets tested on a test network October 6, with a second test round planned for late October. The real launch is aimed at the end of 2026, but it's been delayed before so no exact date yet.
You don't have to do anything with your ETH. If anyone messages you saying you need to upgrade or move your coins, it's a scam.

Glamsterdam network upgrade is scheduled to activate on Sepolia October 6, 2026, 13:53:36 UTC
Hoodi and mainnet activation dates have not yet been decided. mainnet could be in December assuming no issues with testing or security reviews.
