And now I’m going to start calling all sauces ‘crazy water’. Especially to my friends and family in Brazil who always ask my why Americans like to put so much sauce on everything. “Água de loucura” just has such a nice ring to it.

lol that’s a literal translation of “all’acqua pazza”, it could range from a simple broth with herbs and garlic to a spicy tomato sauce
