as the title said, the streaming badge won't level up but my game time and variety has already gone up. it's stuck at 1 more hour when i remember streaming to my friend for like 8 hours the other day and 4 hours yesterday. i noticed there was some kind of delay - like a few hours or a day for it to progress, but only the streaming badge was acting strange. one time i streamed up to 10 hours of gaming and watching movies but it only registered 3 hours of it. i know this is still beta, but how come only the streaming badge is acting up?

Anyone else notice their Nitro credit ending alot earlier than expected? I had bought the 3 day credit so it wasn't supposed to expire until the 15th of October. And now its saying it'll expire in 1 day, Nitro credit wasn't like this a few months to a year ago. Why is this suddenly happening now? Is it a bug?

On my phone and laptop whenever I try logging into discord it says error 400 bad request. How do I fix this?

I am extremely frustrated regarding a severe audio issue with the Discord desktop app (0.0.415) on macOS 15 Sequoia (15.7.4) and my 1st Generation Scarlett audio interface (Scarlett 6i6).

When using my 1st Gen interface in the desktop app, the audio constantly cuts out and glitches, making voice chat impossible.

Discord’s official stance since 2020 is that they are waiting on the "greater WebRTC community to get this issue fixed" and therefore "cannot offer troubleshooting steps". But this makes absolutely no sense:

1. Other apps work flawlessly: Other major platforms that utilize WebRTC on macOS handle audio interfaces perfectly.
2. Discord CAN support interfaces: I also own a Scarlett 3rd Gen (Scarlett 2i2), and it works ABSOLUTELY PERFECTLY in Discord on the exact same macOS 15 system.
3. Hardware manufacturers are doing Discord's job: Focusrite is actively forced to publish workarounds on their website — telling users to install third-party virtual audio cables (BlackHole) and route audio through a DAW just to get a clean signal in Discord.

Disabling processing/Krisp doesn’t fix this. The problem is at the base level of how the app captures the CoreAudio stream.

The Solution: Discord needs to give us an Alternative Audio Capture Engine. Just like pro software offers legacy/modern engines, Discord should add a dropdown in settings allowing macOS users to switch to a standard CoreAudio capture method, bypassing their highly-customized routing. Forcing Mac users to use a DAW + BlackHole workaround for a simple voice call in 2026 is an absolute joke.

Side note: I posted a video about this on Instagram. The official Focusrite team actually saw it, reacted, and proactively offered help. Focusrite has shown excellent dedication to their users, while Discord completely ignores this 6-year-old bug.

Is anyone else still dealing with this? Let's get this noticed so the devs finally add a raw audio/alternative engine toggle!

For the past two weeks I’ve been having this really weird bug where I don’t get mobile push notifications SPECIFICALLY for messages both in DMs and servers. I still get push notifications for reacts to my messages, friend requests, when people join server vcs and I still get calls but whenever it is a message in a server OR my direct messages nothing shows up. I’ve never muted anyone or any server and have triple checked to get all notifications.

Before the issue occurred I hadn’t touched my settings at all and after I’ve tried switching on and off various notification settings inside the app and in apple settings to no avail. I have tried deleting cache, reinstalling the app, logged out deleted the app and restarted my device before reinstalling and relogging and still bugged. I’ve even tried logging in on a separate device only for the notification issue to still persist so it seems to be an account related issue as once I use a separate account on the same devices they get all notifications. Ive also logged out of all devices in case it thought my pc was logged on (even though I have it set to send me push notifications after 1 minute anyway) to no avail.

I once got this issue randomly before and the only way I managed to resolve it was making a whole new account. I’ve tried submitting a ticket only for what I assume was a bot telling me to submit a bug report before both the ticket and bug report was closed as solved.

Any advice or suggestions would be greatly appreciated since its been driving me up the wall and I’ve yet to get any response from support.

As far as I can tell reminder notifications are completely silent, contained to your inbox if you are on desktop and only appearing as a silent notification if you are on mobile. Is there any way to change this? Reminders are pretty useless to me as they are right now. I'd like to change it so they show up as a badge notification on my taskbar.

Is this possible?

At some point discord got an update. I thought it was KRISP for a while, but it's really just a problem with automatic gain control. I normally operate with the automatic audio input sensitivity toggled to around -52 db.

OCCASIONALLY automatic gain straight up amplifies background noise. Then it keeps amplifying background noise. Krisp doesn't help. Simple soft sounds like chair noises, typing, mouse movement, and so on gets amplified loud enough and Krisp simply ignores it.

I also noticed the audio sound levels of all applications get really janky and misaligned to what I'm hearing over time. Some things become quite loud and some things become quieter. The only solution for THAT problem is to restart my computer, or reset my sound driver.

The only fix is to disable automatic gain, which seems to have restored some semblance of responsiveness to discord's threshold limit without putting autotuned DB threshold as well.

When paired with automatic gain control being off, I must disable automatic audio input sensitivity otherwise I end up with large problems. In this state, no auto gain, no auto input sensitivity - people don't have to turn my volume down to 50%, and the chair sounds aren't picked up.

I have a assigned key to start/stop livestreaming, its a button i would otherwise never hit but yet whenever im typing occasionally it either stops my livestream or starts it depening on if i was already livestreaming, when i dont have a button assigned it works like normal and doest act weird when typing,

Very silly story: I was bantering with an online friend through discord. She kept saying that I was a dumb blonde and that I was going to be single until I came out of the closet (which is technically true), so in return I said that she looked like the man from the meme "the man that hated happiness".

A while later, I'm being put in a groupchat with her girlfriend (who shouldn't even have my discord because I literally hadn't even met her yet) and she begins writing entire paragraphs insulting me for apparently calling my friend a man.

I was so confused. My friend had literally been the one that began insulting me, and her girlfriend was acting so aggressive and serious about it. I just called them weirdos and blocked her because I didn't want anything to do with her.

Some time passed, and I noticed that I was the only remaining person in that group. I unblocked the girlfriend and noticed that her messages weren't in the groupchat anymore. Although my friend's messages remained even after she had left.

I'm glad I took a screenshot of some of them because to this day I'm still so weirded out about it. My friend has messaged me several times, telling me that her girlfriend is sorry. But I haven't replied yet. I'm considering blocking her too because now I know that her girlfriend sees all our conversations, and my friend follows me on Instagram so her girlfriend definitely also sees me there.

Did she delete everything to pretend it didn't happen? Or am I going crazy and it just got deleted after I blocked her?

I’ve been a Discord Nitro subscriber since Day 1, upgraded to the highest tier as soon as tiers were introduced, and somehow, in all these years, I’ve never been selected to beta test a single feature.

I’m on Discord daily, for both professional and leisure, and consistently use the latest iPhone (work provided). I also have over 10yr of experience in design and coding, so testing new features, identifying issues, and providing meaningful feedback is something I’d genuinely enjoy contributingg.

I understand beta access is limited, and being a longtime subscriber doesn’t automatically warrant an invitation. Still, it’s a little disappointing to have been so invested in the platform for so long without ever getting the opportunity to participate.

In the last 3 years using the app, I’ve also never been redirected to a survey.

I’d love to see Discord offer more opportunities for longtime and active users to get involved in shaping the platform they use every day, it’s so weird.

Ok to make a long story short discord has never worked with any of my headphones. I've always had audio problems when trying to do voice calls. Currently I have a WG4 gaming headset by Weseary that I've been trying to use for voice calls. I wanna be able to chat with friends while playing games and watching movies but every time I try to have two different audio sources play, the audio starts fighting each other for control, turning my friends audio into a graveled ear aching mess. I've spent literal days trying to fix this and nothing has worked.
This could be other computer settings but I've always had audio problems with discord, even after switching computers and headphones. My old headsets discord audio would randomly cut out requiring me to leave the call, unplug and replug my headphones back in before rejoining and fixing my audio.
I just want to stop having headphone and audio problems after nearly ten years of using this app so I can actually play games with my friends without messing up my ears. Is there a specific headset I need? Are my settings messed up? What am I doing wrong. Again this could be the wrong place but discord is the source of all my audio problems so this is my first place. Again I just want to stop having audio problems.

Trying to figure out what's going on with discord when I watch someone's streams. Currently I have a 2 monitor set up and when I watch someone streaming on discord it becomes laggy and choppy when I start to use my main monitor while watching the stream on my 2nd. This never use to be an issue until 3-4 days ago....no updates or anything has changed since then on my side. If i click on the discord on my 2nd monitor while discord is streaming their is no issues. Its only when i have the stream up on my 2nd monitor and try to do anything or game or watch videos on my main.

Hi all, currently having a problem where my friend is clipping via discord and it isn’t picking up my voice, just his. I’ve made my clipping settings right so that my voice can be used in clips but its still not working. Whats weird is that in the past my voice was coming through and now it just isnt. Might be good too note i’m on xbox and he’s on PC but that wasn’t a problem previously. Any help is appreciated :)

Whenever i join vcs ONLY ON MY PHONE it makes me reallly choppy and laggy and same for everyone else. Nor can i look at streams. I can technically join them id just be noise pollution. This has been happening since i started using discord. Only way i can vc is on my computer and itll work just fine. Only will it not work on my phone.
