Do our rigid patterns collapse the moment we become aware of them, the same way a quantum wave collapses when observed?
I’ve been thinking about how some of my rigid habits or reactions seem to fall apart the moment I actually notice them.
It reminds me of quantum superposition — where a particle exists in multiple possible states until it’s observed, and then the wave collapses into one definite reality.
It makes me wonder:
If awareness is our version of “measurement,”
do our internal patterns only feel rigid because they’re running unconsciously?
And once we observe them — once we become aware — does that act of “measurement” collapse the pattern into something we can actually change?
I’m curious how others see this.
Is awareness doing something similar to the mind that observation does to a quantum state?
