Disinfection Help What to do after getting hacked?

Dunno if this is the right sub to send this, please correct me if I'm wrong.

I'm currently away from my PC, I'll share any files that might help once I'm back to it (hopefully tomorrow).

Downloaded a malicious program in my PC yesterday, and I believe it ran a Python code right after. I "apparently" erased all files originalidade from it.

A while after that, all of my social media (Instagram, Facebook, Discord) started sending Mrbeast SCAM advertisement to my contacts, allegedly talking about how I'd won lots of money quickly by doing something online.

I immediatelly changed all passwords to e-mails I could remember, but I'm wondering if they'll still have access to my accounts through other means whatever they may be, as seen when they tried to long into my Riot ans Steam accounts with no success, although thwy successfully changed my LinkedIn profile password (already recovered the account). Is there a surefire way I can fix everything?

I've changed all passwords of my knowledge, could they still get into my accounts through services I don't remember? As in, even after having altered my google accounts passwords, had they done the log-in beforehand, would they be capable of keeping the session in my account and eventually using it to take back access of everything?

I'm planning on doing a windows fresh-install to hopefully wipe anything malicious that might be left.

Tf do I do now??? Is there anything I'm missing???

I don't know much about computers but I've lurked this sub long enough to see people say things like. If you installed stuff that's malicious on your computer you need to dona full reinstall but make sure you grab a USB drive and load windows on that and install to your pc full complete wipe and make sure it's done on a separate device do not reinstall windows directly from your pc. I think you can install windows from a friend's pc onto USB drive and load into your pc at home. Just mske sure it's unplugged from internet and do an absolute complete wipe.

Change all information and passwords from a separate device that's not your pc.

I think there's a chance that the program you install stole information off your pc and changing your password or more of your infected pc can still cause issues.

You should use a mobile device or another device.

Unplug your pc directly from the internet and make sure your fresh install comes from a separate USB drive and not off the infected pc.

Has to be an absolute full wipe.

Again I'm not a wizard at computer but if you search the forum for the same or simular things you're going through you will see the same stuff or close too.

Please do not take my advice as if I'm a professional. There are many more qualified people here.
