Disinfection Help I need help.Found malware after scanning. Should i be worried?

It's in your Recycle Bin. What is F: for you? A removable drive? If there's just a file in the Recycle Bin in one of your removable drives, I wouldn't immediately jump to worst case conclusions.

It is my hard drive.

It looks like something might have caught it and deleted it but your antivirus software doesn’t full believe the threat is gone or it’s counting it as being deleted as not fully gone.

Can you delete it out of trash also and do a rescan?
