His Character just won't die in other universe too !!

Post image

Meme.

Arnold Vosloo played character Vincent Smith in TV show CHUCK in later half of season 2. He played a role of a henchman for Ted Roark working for Fulcrum. And as we know he played famous monster/ villian Imhotep in Mummy (1999) and Mummy Returns (2001). Now it has been confirmed he will return for 4th installment of the Mummy series.

It's hilarious that his character never really dies in 1st movie and he comes back for 2nd movie. He supposedly dies in 2nd one but here he is in the fourth one.

Likewise in CHUCK he died multiple times and appears the next moment 🀣🀣

Image 1 : Chuck vs the predator S2E17 - Orion kills him with predator in the beginning.

Image 2 : Chuck vs the predator S2E17 - Takes a pill to off himself.

Image 3 : Chuck vs the predator S2E17 - Casey takes a shot at him.

Image 4 : Chuck vs the predator S2E17 - Predator blows the helicopter.

Image 5 : Chuck vs the Colonel S2E21 - Chuck runs him over.

Image 6 : Chuck vs the Colonel S2E21 - The Whole place is blown up by Predator supposedly killing him. Did he really died? πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚

Well I haven't seen other projects of him let me know if his character's fate is same in other one too.

It's a shame they didn't do some 4th wall breaking joke about how he keeps coming back "like that mummy in those movies!" or something lol

As this show is full of references movie/tv references ( Linda Hamilton saying Come with me if you want to live) how did they forget about it!! Plus when he initially died in scene where he was blasted by predator the scene cuts to buymore where all toilet paper were all over inside buymore - I thought the makers made a statement that The Mummy's blown up🀣🀣

I forgot about Linda Hamilton's line! πŸ˜‚ Seriously a Mummy reference would have been perrrrfeeect.

The one I love is the 2x1 they gave us in Vs the mask iirc, when Chuck says something along the lines of "we'll if you into the superman type" to a Lana Lang actress about a Superman actor

And little chuck (in flashback) wore a superman tshirt during the final fighting scene with shaw in season 3 finale. This show was so meta!!

Restraint is important in humour. You do something one time too many and instead of being clever, it starts to get silly or repetitive.

I agree with your statement, but most major guest stars got their callback from past projects they worked in like Linda Hamilton, Timothy Dalton (mi6 agent), even the Repo man (Harry Dean Stanton in S4E1) worked in a movie named Repo man.

Vincent Smith was basically Imhotep in a Fulcrum suit. πŸ˜‚

I was hoping he'd turn up again after vs. the Colonel just for the joke he's unkillable.

I had high hopes too. They could have brought him back as a villain for S5.

The sixth picture is my favorite, where it’s clear just how much Sarah cares about Chuck. She held his hand the entire time.
