[S4 SPOILERS] 5 Chuck deep cuts. Nothing about Jeffster.

Skipping the obvious stuff, so these go from tricky to properly obscure. Answers are under spoiler tags.

back in season 2 christmas eposide, Casey called his mom and refer himself as Johnny boy

Good catch, I'd forgotten that call. Season 4's Tic Tac episode reveals he was born Alexander Coburn and faked his death to become John Casey, so a lot of fans read the Johnny Boy call as code.
