Build Help Should i build a new PC around my existing ram?

My PC is now more than 7 years old (and even back then it was my very first build and very budget) and i really want to build a new one but obviously the prices are horrible and only getting worse. Now I thought about maybe building a new PC around my DDR4 ram that i already own and just get good parts that don't need to be upgraded for a while. Should i do that and what parts would be suitable for not too much money? Or should i just stay with my current (struggling) pc and hope things will get better in the future (which it probably won't). I don't really need the best stuff, 1080p is probably enough as i have a ps5 but i still really would prefer to play certain games on a pc (mod support or just better with mouse and keyboard). I live in Germany and my budget would probably be around 1000 Euro but a bit less than that would probably not be bad as well lol.
Here's my part list for my current pc: https://de.pcpartpicker.com/list/2wCqrG
i also don't need a power supply as i got a 850watt one like 3 years ago when my old one broke and i wanted to future proof that.
thanks in advance for the help! :)

Lucky for you, you're on AM4. Soooo I'd just update the BIOS then upgrade the CPU and GPU. 5600 / 5800XT / 5800X3D and a 9060 XT 16GB / 9070 GRE / 9070 would be excellent.

I agree! Only thing to check is if your motherboard supports 5000 series cpu's. I was gonna upgrade also but mine does not have a bios update for it.

thank you so much for the help! if i would only upgrade the cpu and gpu (any maybe the case) should i do a complete fresh windows install? would it lead to being buggy after such an big upgrade if i would just not touch my drives at all and start up my pc? i never really did an upgrade to an exisiting build so i don't really know.

A fresh install shouldn't be necessary. This is usually only important when changing motherboards. That being said, it's not a bad idea if you want a fresh start. Plus, a fresh install is a good way to make sure everything is working properly.

In addition to the BIOS update (which you should do now anyway), you'll want to update to the latest chipset drivers, and perhaps after the GPU install run DDU before installing the latest AMD drivers. But that's it! Nothing major - this shouldn't be too complicated.
