Homebrewing Making some Mead.

My Mrs wants to add some herbs/flowers after the first rack to add a bit of flavour any ideas?

We were thinking Lavender, Chamomile & Hibiscus or Rosemary, Mint & Elderflower what do you think? The yeast used was SafAle BE-134.

Personally the lavender/chamomile combo isn’t a delicious proposition… I’d totally go for the rosemary mint and elderflower if I were making
