RJ Mitte (Walt Jr) has passed 😥

Wow, I was shocked to hear this. They are saying it was suicide. So sad. He was only 34 years old. RIP, Flynn ❤️

Please do not do that. I've lost two people I love very much to suicide. Not a day goes by over the last two decades that I don't wish they were still here. Things can always get better, but if you end your life you'll never know.

Things can get better, they can get worse, you're right that you never know. And I know it sucks for the people left behind, in cases where there's someone that will be impacted anyways, but you can only live so much for other people. The people you leave behind aren't the ones that have to carry your burden ultimately, they might want to help, but they can't carry it.

In my case, I'm over 40, I have a disease that just gets worse as it goes on to where I won't even be able to walk, and my wife of 20 years has cheated on me with like 8 different men and has now found someone else and I'm going through a divorce, my partner for my entire adult life.

I'm in severe debt, but I make too much to qualify for any help. My teeth are fucked but I can't afford to get them taken out and get dentures so I can't even smile. I can't afford a lawyer for this divorce, and I have nowhere to go, I'm going to be sleeping in my car while trying to work a full time remote job.

I can't find a single story of someone that has been through my circumstances and made it through - similar stories, but they are always missing something. And I'm not interested in being the test case.

Then it's kind of a challenge to do what you can to find peace. I mean if you can overcome that then you can overcome pretty much anything. You have a great opportunity.

I understand. Things can possibly get worse. But, things could also get better. A month, or year from now, or five or ten years from now, life might be better than you ever could have imagined it. You're right, it's exhausting living for others, especially when you're in physical and mental pain. It's important you love yourself enough to keep living life for you. Not for anyone else. Realize your worth, and keep staying another day. Take life one day at a time. Keep choosing to live for another 24 hour period.
26 years ago I tried to end my life. I was not successful and instead ended up with a massive brain hemorrhage (sub-arachnoid brain hemorrhage, to be exact) and was in a coma and hospitalized for two months. I'm not going to lie and say life has been easy since then. And there have been many days when I wondered what the fuck was even the point of surviving when life is still so hard so much of the time.
But, I AM very happy I did not die that day. Even though life can still be sad and painful sometimes, I'm truly thankful to be alive. There are many days that ARE happy and many experiences that I truly value and am grateful for, no matter how small they may seem to others. Life will never be easy all the time, but it IS worth living. In my opinion anyway.
So I hope you choose to keep living. Because someday you just might wake up, look at your life, and realize how thankful you are to be living it. If you ever need someone to talk to, feel free to DM me. I hope you stay. <3
