If you read this, please talk to someone before doing something that can't be undone.

After reading about RJs death, I teared up, I couldn't believe it. We really need to watch out for each other more. Please talk to someone. Try opening up. At least try fighting your demons. You owe this to yourself. There are several hotlines you can reach out to if you don't feel like talking to someone you know. It's gonna get better. I promisse.

I needed to read this. Thank you. Homeless living in my vehicle with Cancer. I am a huge fan of Breaking bad and RJ. That is why i am always kind to people you never know what they are going through. Fighting daily for Gas and something to eat in this country is crazy

🤍, my favorite saying is “Short term gain, long term loss”. In the moment things feel so so horrible and real, don’t make a permanent choice for a right now feeling. You are loved.

I’ve been thinking about suicide for the past few months, and I’ve talked to my therapist about it, but many of my struggles can’t be solved just by talking to someone, even my therapist can’t do anything about them. A few years ago, I attempted suicide. When I woke up in the hospital, I felt utterly hopeless, and life hasn’t gotten any easier since then. Sometimes I just feel like I should have died a long time ago. Now I’m just taking things one step at a time.

I'm deeply saddened by the news about RJ Mitte. As a person with disabilities who is also involved in advocating for the rights of people with disabilities in my country, this resonates with me even more deeply.

Some close friends of mine died by suicide, all lgbtqia with disabilities like myself. The world is not a kind place for us. Having gone through suicide attempt myself, I feel like I can understand why people choose to take their own lives. I’m not sure if it’s better to force someone who wants to die to stay alive, if staying in this world is just cruel to them. Of course, if I could have saved my friends, I would have done everything in my power. And I wish the world could be a better place. And I’m still doing my best to keep myself alive.

The world will be a better place. Hang in there. You are an entire universe.

One thing I often think about, is that while we are here on this rotating rock, we have the ability and capability to do good and beautiful things and can use our life to work for the benefit of the people around us and for the world around us and for the animals and... knowing we are capable of making the world a better place is exactly why we should stick around, a better place for ourselves, for people we encounter everyday, for everyone and everything. Out action can range from the way we carry ourselves in our interactions, with good intention and open heart, to the line of work we enter, to the volunteering causes we engage with, etc... All reasons to carry on and work for something beautiful. I've found that this way of being and understanding gives me strength and vigor and a desire to push forward, and deepens my appreciation of the beauty of life that can sometimes feel hidden or shrouded. I hope this can be of some help to you as well, wishing you the best :)

it’s been hard. Just got out of the mental hospital, and have almost been put back in again. Seeing his death made me so sad, because I know he’s going through something similar to me, or similar enough that I can understand. I wish he never had that pain.
