Rant Psychosis?

I just woke up and this isnt for advice i just need to rant. Yesterday night I started havring really paranoid intrusive thoughts, feeling like I was being watched and stuff and it really really scared me.

I have exirienced psychotic symptoms like that before and usually I can tell that they arent real. I could tell yesterday that they arent real too. Its just that the anxiety I felt was so bad. I know I should talk to someone but im genuinly too scared to.

Idk I havent expirienced something like this for at least two years and randomly experiencing it now that I have been on meds for a while is really confusing.

You can have breakthrough symptoms at times, even while medicated. I have several episodes per year, and that's basically as much improvement as I can hope for at the moment.

My diagnosis is F31.64 (bipolar disorder, current episode mixed, severe with psychotic features). I lose the ability to tell waking from dreaming, and I'm unable to tell what's really there. I also get very paranoid and encounter some hallucinations.

You need to talk to someone. Psychotic features can go from freaky to dangerous very quickly. The sooner your doctor is informed, the better he or she will be able to treat you. If you feel unsafe, go to the emergency room.
