Political Question Are federal agents raiding Ilhan Omar and example of political persecution ? Why is the government specifically targeting and double guessing her paper work after 20 years?

Why are Americans letting this happen? It feels like the country is falling apart.

There are way more recent issues regarding kickbacks and a very suspicious winery that never made wine and was quietly shut down once it went public. We have to root out corruption no matter what "side" they are on.

Sure, but that isn't really what's happening here, is it?

How would you or I know that? Hell, I'd support random raids and audits of the entirety of Congress.

Pretty sure it is. He’s not raiding AOC, Gavin Newsome, his actually future political opponents. It’s targeting the broader Minnesota fraud allegations which are too deep to ignore at this point.

The raid is about alleged issues on immigration paperwork her dad filled out in 1995 when she was 12. Nothing about whatever propaganda of the week you’re talking about here, nothing about anything she did at all. The intent is to invent an excuse to denaturalize her, kick her out of Congress and deport her because the President is a corrupt racist.

And if you think he won’t get around to those others if he gets away with this, you have not been paying any attention for the last decade.
