Unsolved hide my email forwarding densest forward emails

So, I've been trying to solve this and couldn't find any solution. I need to log in to an account where I used Hide My Email, and I logged in with Apple to get a PIN sent to the email, but it doesn't get it.

I tried turning it on and off, checking my spam and all, and tried changing the email address to a Proton email, but nothing helped. When Apple sends a PIN to verify, it works, but when I try to get something sent to the email, it doesn't work, and I can't verify for apps that it's really me.

ask the app's support team to check whether the pin email was sent or bounced. for sign in with apple addresses, their sending address or domain must be registered with apple's relay; apple's own verification emails arriving doesn't confirm the app's emails can get through.
